isnt it just the system files?
and not the actual update.zip?

Not anything new on any servers that have a later version than 5.7.902.
I ran through this morning to find the 5.6.999 update being thrown back out there on qa2. It's a brickable update (it bricks the phone after install)

is this build more experimental, or is it fine for general use?

My GF wants me to get rid of Moto Blur. I would love to give her ICS, but I'm not sure if this would be fine for her.

the OP says "no camera," but is that just the stock camera? If she uses an app like Retro Camera, is that useable with this ROM?
