xrecovery not working

is there someone can help me how to install xrecovery?i follow all the steps in one of xda posts.so far i rooted my phone and installed busy box, but xrecovery not working..copy it to system/bin and paste, reboot phone and hit back button manytimes after sony ericson pops but nothing happens.im stock with it.
someone can help me pls..

just use x8 toolbox you can find it in the development section
