Nokia Lumia and Chevron: unlock problem

Hi all,
i have a little problem with my Lumia and Chevron (9$) tool.
I have purchased one token and made the first unlock succesfully. After that i have tryed to unlock with the old tool (exe + cer) but i don't remember the message.

At the end i have restored my phone at the factory default.

Now, if I try to unlock with Chevron, the tool show me this message: "Already Unlocked Phone externally."

The web site shows me the code (token) and status (green icon -> Available).

Can anyone tell me what happened and if is possible to fix this problem?

ho un piccolo problema con il Lumia e Chevron.
Ho acquistato il token dal sito, e fatto la procedura di primo sblocco: andata a buon fine. non contento, ho tentato con il vecchio chevron (exe + cer) ma non ricordo il messaggio.

Alla fine ho ripristinato (da quella volta) almeno un paio di volte.

Ora, se provo ad installare un'app tra quelle presentate nel forum, XAPDeployX e pure il tool ufficiale M$ mi dicono che il cell è bloccato e non mi installa nulla. Se tento l'unlock con chevron mi dice "Phone already unlocked externally".

Il sito di chevron mi indica il codice (token) e lo status (icona verde -> Available).

Qualcuno sa dirmi se e cosa è successo?!? E' possibile sistemare questo problema?
