Thinking of porting Defualt Kindle Fire Launcher

Would anyone want this.? Seeing I could just have to figure out which .so files it uses and installing all other amazon apks

I think it would be worth a shot just to have it out there for an option to use .

The Kindle launcher is part of why I went with CM7. I just couldn't stand the "book shelf" interface. If you like it, awesome. I know lots of folks love the KF interface. I just am not one of them.

Do it! This is one of the reason's I only experiment with the kernel and not install CM on my Fire! Unlike the previous poster, I am comfortable with having a different interface from what I usually see on my phone and other tablet.

I just want to be able to use the lending library on other devices and roms such as CM7 and ICS.

Please do!

I really don't like the launcher but would love to use the prime lending library as well.

I have gotten this to work on CM7. It is buggy. Will be done with this within a week. I hope anyway
