Is there anyone with a working safestrap setup, that would be willing to test my CM9 build for the atrix 2? I currently dont have access to a atrix 2 to test it myself.

I still have a card with it partitioned for safestrap but Jim said it was still very buggy and did not recommend using it. I think they have pretty much abandoned it for other projects

Have you got a rom to boot with safestrap on the sd card? How fast is your sd card? Its just i dont want to brick anyone with the build, so safestrap would be best bet.

Never tried after talking with Jim about it thoroughly. Its a 16G class 6 I believe.
There were some that tried you might want to go through the first couple of pages and get there names to pm and see if they still have it

whats working and whats not working? pm me and i'll chance flashing it without safestrap, or restoring it whatever it may be. im not afraid of bricking as ive tried many thing on this phone and have bricked and unbricked. so i will try it as long as calling text and wifi work. or just to check it out. i recently flashed and tried the razr bootloader bypass on this phone chancing whatever may happen but it didnt brick, but didnt work as well. so i'll test the build if you want.

I have a safestrap thats usable.it's not something i will post yet because its sketchy.but ill test your build if u want.pm me. I would def not recommend using bootstrap

Just wondering but what is the advantage of using safestrap other than it is safe? I have flashed the D3 CM9 build multiple times using bootstrap and everything works fine besides the radio (and some problems with sdcards).

Jim, and lfaber06 actually have a working highly modified version of safestrap. It's just they haven't gotten the permission to release it from hashcode.
