this was the message #276 that i posted at the giopro v1.4 thread but it should work here too:
"so... after flashing the GIOPRO v1.4.
suppose you don't like the launcher do this: download this attachment, put it on you sd card (just on the sd card but not in any folder so that cwm can see it). turn off the phone, then enter recovery mode (by pressing home button and power button at the same time for a few seconds).
after you enter recovery mode choose "install zip from sdcard", then "choose zip from sdcard" and select TouchWiz30Launcher_signed. after flash choose "reboot system now".
after reboot select the samsung launcher (not qqlauncher or whatever the name is).
then download terminal emulator (free from market and very usefull). install terminal emulator and open it. write "su" (without inverted comas) press enter and allow to proceed. This way you'll get root acces. Type "mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblk3 /system" (without inverted comas) and press enter. type "ls /system/app" (without inverted comas) to see all the apps on your phone. then the final command is "rm /system/app/<app-name>" (without inverted comas) where <app-name> is actually the name of what app you want to delete (in our case i think it's "Launcher.apk" without comas, at least on my phone qqlauncher was Launcher.apk). there you have it. now you have touchwiz launcher installed as a default app and no more qqlauncher. touchwizz30launcher should be in the gioprov1.3 thread too... but i'm new and can not post links. but just in case you don't know where to look."
i also attached the stock touchwizz launcher. download it and install it as written above. when you uninstall the cm7 launcher though the name of the launcher is not "Launcher.apk" anymore, it's "ADWLauncher.apk". do a backup before doing this.
