Which build do you try to flash?
Try if adb recognizes your phone, if yes reboot to recovery with it.
Otherwise go to recovery with putting the battery out for about a minute (only when your phone is off), putting it back in afterwards, holding vol down and pressing power.
Which recovery are you using?
If it's 4ext classic try to flash 4ext touch or cwm instead and trash the ROM.
And btw, this problem has already been mentioned and solved a few pages back

I've tried to install latest build. I guess, it is CyanogenMod 9 Alpha Builds [4.0.4][CM 2.6.35.14-ICS] and I'm using 4ext Recovery.

I'm not good at these stuff because I'm new, for Android. I've tried clearing cache when I was installing ROM. Must I do this again now ? And what can I do else ?

Did you came from another rom (all except icecoldsandwich)?
If yes you need to make a full wipe (format all partitions) and flash the ROM afterwards.
Add data (and for sure on system also if it isn't formatted by the update script) are files stored that can cause a bootloop, because there incompatible to the ROM.

No, this is the first time that I've installed a custom ROM and I've followed these instructions step by step. I did what it says truly.
