Hi there everyone,
I'm back to testing CM9 after testing Fallout for a few days (waiting a bit for some minor cosmetic bugs to be fixed, hopefully soon). Cant seem to make up my mind!

Anyway, I've been through this thread to check out if a bug I've had was already reported - haven't found it mentioned but haven't had enough time to check 100 pages that carefully so I sincerly apologize if I missed a few ones...

Here's the bug : when I receive an incoming phonecall, the "answer" or "decline" call area is all black and there is nothing I can do except waiting until the phone stops ringing... That's pretty strange, I was using CM9 a few weeks ago and never had this. Anyone else?
Screenshot attached...

[Phone]: HTC Desire S (S-OFF Revolutionary)
[Current Config]: Desire XS RC1
[Android]: 4.0.4
[Sense]: 4.1
[Kernel]: Amidabuddha's Tweaked Kernel XI
[Radio]: 3831.19.00.110
[Recovery]: Clockworkmod 5.0.2.0
[Hboot]: 7.00.1002

I don't have this problem.
It have been happened that I cannot answer a call with older version due to touch screen not responsive.

Nope, never had this problem. In fact I have virtually no problems with CM9 and I run it all the time.

I did that, but all I get is just search, it doesn't do all the awesome Google now "predict what you want to see" stuff...

Just came back to this ROM after a few weeks and using latest NK version with full wipe and no data restores. At least once a day the touch screen becomes unresponsive and I have to force reboot of the phone. No other way to recover.

Will go back to nexx's for now but really liked S2W!

if only someone could provide a step by step guide to 100% reproduce this issue...
If you like my work or find it helpful please consider buying me a nuclear driven aircraft carrier
No, seriously: I'm building and developing my android stuff on a amazon EC2 cloud machine which costs per hour. I'm doing this for fun only. But it would be cool if you'd support me a bit by donating an hour or two of computing time.

My nightlies can be found here CM9 <=> CM10.
Changelog for Nexx's builds <===> Changelog for nk111's builds

I know, must be frustrating from your point of view as well. It seems totally random at least for my normal usage (email, internet, calls, never any games). I thought I was saving the logs but didn't hit "start" on the recorder so I can't even provide that for now....

Hello,
thanks for your input. Don't know what I've done wrong, I started from a clean install (wipe system, data, cache, dalvik cache)... Maybe I should install again...

I have the same problem, sometimes it just freezes. But I didn't do a clean install, so if others are not having the same problem it's probably because some files did not got updated properly (I think).
