S-ON. how come?

hello everyone..

i followed the steps on Htcdev and got the bootloader unlocked and the other steps to get my device rooted and finally installed the CWM recovery but however
i still have S-ON??

did i miss something? i have the Rogers version of the HTC Jetstream

HBoot version: 1.78.0010
eMMC-boot

Nope, you did it all the way it should be done. We don't have S-off but we do have permanent root.
