[Q] some questions if anyone can help please

hi.
I've been looking around here for some answers but i cant seem to find them please if anyone can help.

my Mrs bought one of these phones on 3 network, i saw a bit of a post that wasn't very informative on how to unlock (Sim unlock) this phone does anyone have a guide or can point me in the right direction on how to do this

rooting, I'd like to root this phone but i cant seem to find a proper guide/tut on how this is done can someone point me in the right direction please

rooting, just use the app 'universal androot', if that fails, try 'superoneclickroot'

Yeah, you will need root to unlock it

Will universal Androot erase everything?

no it just use a exploit to crack android security and give you root acess.
