The fix you mention is already implemented on Kyrillos v10.1+ :P

Now for those who have gps problems, please extract the attached files in /system/etc/ , set owner to 0.0, set permissions to 644 (rw-r--r--), reboot the phone and try gps. Leave feedback if you try. (If you dont know how to do this, check post #1436 , thanks urb4n)

NTP server seems to be for Europe, will it work for Asian countries too?

how? where?

eg. in Terminal Emulator:

 su chown 0.0 /system/etc/gps.conf
su chown 0.0 /system/etc/SuplRootCert
su chmod 644 /system/etc/gps.conf
su chmod 644 /system/etc/SuplRootCert

Duh! Erm my market isn't fast, but it is not too slow so i cant navigate. I don't know whats wrong. Just live with it

It will work but if you change it to asia instead of europe it may work better.

Most fixes is for AGPS. Do you have mobile data enabled?

For me the app GPS status worked great. I cleared agps data waited until I get a fix and then downloaded new agps data. now I get a very fast fix. Before at cold start: around 10 min. now: around 30 sec.
