How about a tutorial to edit the xml to change to 1 percent if the rom doesn't have it? Can anyone put something like this together?

yes, if you know how to use APKTool or APK Manage (essentially the same). i could post the two source file xmls which call the images in, but it would be pointless if you don't know how to decompile/recompile apks correctly. it's not rocket science but i imagine it could be difficult for some.

Really cool initiative! I don't mean to cause you alot of work, but would it be possible to make MetaMorph files for the battery mods? I have done so with the Softkeys you can find in my signature, and it's making the process of installing these kinds of mods alot easier! You can of course copy the installation instructions from my thread if you want to :)
