Bug in Multiboot (in devs-thread)

hello,

i installed multiboot months ago. cm7 as 2nd init and cm9 as 2nd boot.

today i switched via bootmenu to 2nd boot -> cm9 boots -> after boot: android updates (!) -> all apps from cm7 were in cm9 (imho the data partition was used from cm7 instead of cm9)!

CM7 DIDN'T WORK AFTER THAT!!! android.core continously force closed! please do a backup before you switch to 2nd boot!!

i got that too...
had cm7 as primary!
happent when flashed a theme on cm9 in custo recovery...

I have MIUI Pikachu edition in first and cm9 in second boot. I've seen that some of the apps from MIUI (system and data apps) are lost. The more I spend my time on cm9, the more apps are lost.
