Hi RSK! Have you ever thinked about a INT2SD version? It works on CM7r2 and Fatsys Hboot, and on Seb Runnymede it works very well. It could be a boost bonus on your rom too!

In order to avoid the lagginess, next time you can try the app called Screencast Video Recorder instead of Shoot Me.

my GAllery app does not work. its the htc gallery app. IT wont open gives an error message.

I'd this problem when I flashed amaze cam zip in my previous ROM. Have you done so?
Unzip the zip of RSK ROM and you can find the apk of gallery in there. Reinstall it and let me know how it goes.
