[Q] Tweaking the scribe pen?

I have seen the ads of Samsung Note and the stylus options seem really good-like being able to.select out only a part of.the page etc and adding it to notes. Unfortunately have.not used it myself to know..does any one know if it is possible to tweak our htc Jetstream's scribe pen so as to add in such functionality. As of now, we can take a screen shot and add sticky notes to them/highlight etc. We can not select a particular part of the screen shot only. Any ideas anyone?
