You can do this in any ROM: go to dialer, dial *#*#4636#*#* and choose Phone Information; there you can choose WCDMA Only (that is only 3G) or whatever you wish.

still not what i need...i need like the S2 in 2.3.3

any plans of IC13 based on IMM76? it's awfully quiet around the gnex forums, 3 days since 4.0.4 released an no rom yet except stock, not even talks about something on the way...
