Normally take 3 minutes, it seems that you have a problem at first boot. maybe you can set a bigger partition.

Advisable to start from scratch... besides the normal wipes, I normally start off w Task29, reinstall Magldr and flash partition. Use the correct partition size, 165MB and 5MB cache just to avoid any bad NAND blocks.

This may sound a bit over-do, but believe me, I hardly hv problem flashing ROMs with these extra steps.. first booting takes 3-5mins for me..

So far, all seems good, smooth and no lags. Videos, Camera, utube are fine except an error for voice search...

Have you made the 3 Wipes, an delete from the SdCard older android installation folders ?

Yes of course, I backuped sd card before erasing it totally. (re partitions and format)

Maybe I'm wrong, but aLogCat is only available once the OS started.
I have followed the same procedure for another rom, and it works perfectly.

I don't understand why this one didn't ran until complete boot.

(I probably mixed up the tenses, I'm more used to read english articles, than writing ones...)
