Reception/signal strength?

Whats the XL's Reception/signal strength like?

Phones ive had at work in the last 3 years

BB 9780, Great Reception/signal strength


I had the Incredible S (horrible awful signal)


10 days with a iPhone 4s great reception/signal strength (just could not stand iOS a day longer and went straight back to android)


Now I have a Galaxy Nexus good reception/signal strength (not quite as good as the BB and iPhone 4s)

its pretty good. most places i get 5 bars. amazing phone all round

Vodafone bought out/merged with 3 here.
My DesireHD i had bad signal on 3. But they are rolling out 850mhz towers all over.
I get full bars generally. 5 bars in this phone.
Very nice clear sound too. As long as you have 850mhz signal you should be fine.
I think and i might be wrong, incredible s doesnt support 850mhz whereas iphone4 does. this could explain why it had bad signal??
