How do you manually update to .33?

I have downloaded the firmware update from ASUS, but I have absolutely no idea how to install it. Anyone know?

place it on the root of the /sdcard or on the microsd card if you have one, it should automatically pick it up and ask you to update.

the method is in the manual (iirc) and also on the support section of asus' website.

Now that I'm looking at more threads- is this update worth doing? Seems some people are having serious problems with it. Anyone find it to be very useful?

Before I upgraded, I was experiencing times where I'd have to double tap letters on the keyboard for them to properly register. After the update it hasn't happened since.

I also had some weird hangs and crashes when scrolling through my apps and homescreens, that also hasn't happened since.

Hey if you can't auto-update, check to see if you have a serial number. settings/about/status I believe. I don't have mine in front of me. If you do not have a serial search serial number in the general section and read that thread. Ultimately it just says that the TFP is missing a couple scripts in the kernel and other portions of the system. It's best to return it for a new one. Mine had no serial # and a few other issues, so I returned mine and will be getting a new one tomorrow night.
