[Q] How to install stock rom for HTC Sensation XE

Hi XDA members,,

I just recently bought a HTC Sensation XE, already rooted running android revolution hd 3.6.9, I want to install back to stock rom so I could get updates from htc, how can we know what is the original stock rom of my device?
Been trying this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1074559 , but there is so many, my unit is sensation xe South East Asian Version...

And how could we chk if my phone has already been permaroot and super cid?

I already ask the previous owner of my phone and he cannot answer, thanks
