Default Just got my new tf201 having wifi issues and no gps!

I know you all are going to say that the gps is not needed fine no problem. But not being able to connect to the internet via wifi that sucks! I got my wife the kindle fire for x-mas, no problems there. I am going to just return it, the money spent, the frustration of pre-ordering here, canceling that to order some where else to cancel that. To finally getting it today for what this. To top it off they come out with new tablets in a couple month that supposedly fix all the current problems. I am looking at all the posts to see if there is a fix but I don't see one. Some say ICS will fix all this I doubt it. Anyone here have the same issues? If so what did you do?

You probably got one of the defective units. Anyway, I've seen people on this forum have the same WiFi issue and it resolving itself after awhile. I'd wait until ICS later tonight and see if that does anything before returning it.

Im fixing to return mine as well.
GPS is ofcourse dead as a knob like everyone elses.
As for wifi its doing 0.5mbps next to my netbook which is doing 50mbps,
with only a thin ceiling and 10ft of air in between router and devices.
Thats utterly abysmal performance, unacceptable!

It really hurts to bring it back, because everything else is so nice about this thing,
but the complete wireless cluster**** is making me do it anyway.
