Well if you have the 2011 Mini (ST15i) then to get into CWM, keep pressing the:

DOWN VOLUME BUTTON

again and again and again until it comes up.

The older 2010 Mini uses the back button if I remember correctly.

As I mentioned, if anyone has trouble installing CWM, make sure you try this...it works perfectly and the options in the app are great!
