Default Non-US tf201 cannot get OTA update, even flash to US rom
For non-us version TF201 user, I have flashed many roms on my pad (WW, US, TW) but the OTA does not work at all. So I think the OTA based on the hardware, not only the software.

btw, I use adb to flash the rom. for people(us-version tf201) who cannot update to ICS, you can try to flash ur rom. after flash you will get complete and unroot .33 rom.
