I visited your download link here:

But now I'm confused. Do I have to download the 59MB Base 3.2.zip and the 21 MB 3.2 Maguro Essentials.zip? Or do I just download one of them?
The base is the same for all devices it contains what makes this ROM to what it is.
The essentials are the drivers, kernel and other stuff which is specific to your device. So therefore you need both of them.

You didn't read the installation instructions on the website did you . Anyway as others have said, all my updates you will have to flash Base x.x version AND x,x_maguro_essentials unless i specify otherwise.

Nope, I sat there for a couple minutes trying to locate them and honestly got a bit frustrated that it wasn't easy to spot.

However, immediately after visiting the site for the second time to download the files I noticed the blatant button to the left of the post titled "Installation" which answered this as well. Rookie mistake.

Thanks for the work. I'm excited to see how this compares to CM9.

It's just stuck on the boot logo. The spinning squares. Installed via CWM recovery.

Any ideas?

Did you perform a full wipe before flashing?
And then flashed first the base and immediately afterwards the essentials without booting in between?

exactly right - All i have is the Slim boot screen. Steps i took.

Reset factory
formatted all cache, davlvik ect.
installed base 3.2
installed maguro essentials.
Booted and stuck on "Slim" boot screen.

EDIT - It just took well over 5 minutes to sort it's life out but it's on. Thank you for your time anyway!

Try again but this time with formating /system.
Before the factory reset.

If this doesn't work you might want to try and redownload the files.

Mine is working. However I'm using lighflow so I'm probably not a reliable comparison.
