[Q] How to unbrick GT-I5800?

I was flashing CM7 through odin and my phone wouldn't switch on. i can't enter download mode, recovery mode, upload mode or just switch on. if i try to charge it, the battery doesn't appear.
does anyone know how to fix it or will i have to get a new phone?

Remove battery for about 10 seconds then put it again, unplug the cable(if plugged) and try enter to download mode. Hope it'll work.

doesn't work

Pull your battery out, connect your phone to your PC. Get Odin at the point "waiting for device". Now hold the buttons to enter download mode and let someone else put in the battery at the same time. Odin should recognize your phone and flash it. Btw there's a thread about this. :)
