The ROM shouldnt make a difference on flashing a splash screen. If a method works, it should work with any ROM.

the reason that worksfor you has nothing to do with the rom, it is to do with the now unlocked fastboot commands in the firmware.

as such this thread is only relevant if you are still running locked firmware!

Here you go. check it out and let me know if it works for you. Remember to put it on the root of your sd card and flash it by rebooting into bootloader.
