• Settings.apk's icon is look like ICS
• Boot animation is Changed
• tatus bar text color is Changed
• Lock screen's text (Unlock,Sound on&off) is deleted
• utomatic brightness is Activated
• Add CRT OFF animation
• Wired Headset icon is deleted
• Status bar background is Animated
• Status bar's battery icon is look like Honeycomb Theme and 1 percent
• Some App's icon is look like ICS

How to Install?
(already CWM install, you see starting with No.16)

1. Download All files
2. Start recovery.exe and Extract
3. Then you move to SD card SB Theme.zip
4. Turn off DELL Venue
5. Lift up the left the mute key.
6. Turn On and You Can be seen DELL logo
7. Immediate You press Volume Down.
8. You can see text (Entering Fastboot MODE) on the screen.
9. Then you connect DELL Venue to your PC.
10. Then your PC is find device
11. Then you select Connect to this time only Microsoft (← true?).
12. You finished install driver and then you can see text (FASTBOOT_MODE 2) on Your Venue.
13. Then you run the Install CWM.bat and install it.
14. Your DELL Venue is reboot after install finished
15. Then you can see DELL logo
16. Immediate you press Volume UP+DOWN
17. Then you move to Volume Key SW upgrade from update.pkg and You Push Shutter Button
18. You can See recovery then you go to Install zip from sdcard and choose zip from sdcard
19. Then you go to you saved SB Theme.zip
20. And Choose Yes - Install SB Theme.zip
21. It auto installing
22. Touch back key and choose reboot system now when you finish install
23. Enjoy!

i installed the theme but the notification bar is not working its always force closes.

ah! please check your SystemUI.apk in system / app folder

if you have systemUI.apk or systemui.apk and SystemUI.apk
please delete systemUI.apk or systemui.apk from Root Explorer

my Theme file is SystemUI.apk

mine is already SystemUI.apk
i deleted that file from root explorer and flash ur theme again but still my statusbar is force closing.
