How would you know if the screen is locked?

Anyway you need to delete the icon from the system icon folder then it won't show.

no its an app to simulate the crt

Try removing with Titanium Backup. If that doesn't work, I'm afraid you have a major problem.

Just go to settings>locstion and security>select device admin>untick "screen off and lock" from there.
Now ho back and uninstall the app. It will .

You have already created two ROM's and some themes too and you dont know how to remove an app?

i know howto remove but this one didnt want to remove even after favtory reset it was still there but i changed rom
