After unrooting do you receive OTA updates?

I've looked at the posts in the development section but didn't see the answer.... I'd like to assume that that's the whole reason for unrooting, but want to make sure.

As long as you don't remove any stock apps (includes freezing) you can get updates. I got the .748 update notification while rooted, but un and re after to be safe.

Thanks Ronin. Would you happen to know if apps like google video will work after unrooting?

Edit: Found a market app that had a description stating that the apps would work.
