  • htc sensation sold by t-mobile usa is sensation 4G , modelid: PG5810000 ,
  • for any ICS rom the developer will mention the required firmware version
  • all recent ICS roms are based on firmware 3.32 , and in case the developer don't mention that , then in OP rom Feature he will mention the base of his rom " i.e the RUU version that he built his rom upon " ,
  • RUU version for example 3.32.401.105 the first two cells will show firmware version 3.32
  • firmware 3.32 includes hboot 1.27and that is the usual hboot for recent ICS Roms , no problem to use it , it is safe to use it with suitable ICS Rom
  • what you are talking about is hboot 1.29 , which i believe is received through OTA update only
  • so if the custom rom is based on firmware 3.32 and your cid and mid match t-mobile then use this
  • DOWNLOAD 3.32 Unlocked: http://goo.gl/znhyw

Hi,

Radio is included in the firmware.

No,a radio is not called a RIL.
RiL is more of a driver.
Check HERE for some good information.

  • i recommend one rom only very safe and very stable ARHD 6.6.4
Thanks for all the info. I will wait for a stable Sense v4.0 ROM. I have a alot to explore in this one anyway!

Hi,

There are millions of units out there, and we only see a relatively few of them in these forums.
Most people only post with problems, and a lot of people do not read threads and information properly.
The bricks are quite few and far between.

Read things,then read them again.
Familiarize yourself with the processes involved, and you will be fine.
