BB is not application part of the software. The new BB has been there evven from the times of mik 7.1 void etc. The old/new BB is only like the BIOS of the PC or a Laptop. It is just a small piece of code. It has remained the same since a long time. It has been the ROM (Hardware Application software) and the Kernel that has been going on changing....If you note....after changing the old to new BB, we can use any ROM right from N2 kang to RC1 to CM9. The BB needs to be flashed into the hardware, just like flashing a new BIOS. BB code and ROM are entirely different.

# Phone: LG Optimus One P500, MOTOROLA DEFY+(BL7) & Micromax A110
# Rom: CM 7.2 Latest Nightly & JETSPEED v1.0 ROM (My custom ROM)

Come on now, do you read what you`re writing? BIOS, ROM, KERNEL, OS, BB etc. are software upgrades. End of discussion! This thread is for ather purposses than teaching ppl the diff between hard, soft and upgrades. Go read and learn! Now keep this thread clear of your theoretical insights!

Anyone got reboots on incomming calls on RC1? I still don`t and could not repoduce the bug. So if noone comes with this bug again, i think it is safe to say that RC1 IS FREE FROM INCOMMING CALL BUG!

Please be clear. Are you using A8 or RC0(which Nightly version?)?
