Problems after Flash

So I had rooted my phone and installed Red Hot Finale before this I had V3 Beta of Red Hot Forever, however after attemping to flash the new ROM my phone kept launching its default Home as GO Launcher after a battery pull and an attempt to rewipe and flash it seemed to work but after installing it would go to the setup screen and then fail saying HTC setup failed. I then shut off and battery pulled and after following attempts to reflash/ go back to V3 Rom my phone continues to be stuck at the Fastboot screen.

Does anybody have any advice on what to do? This is only my second time flashing a ROM and I feel like I totally screwed up big time.

Can anybody help no matter what I do I keep getting returned back to the fastboot menu.

Isn't that a Mik theme? What rom are you using?

after a phone call with mpitcher225 all the issues were sorted out I had to install the Mik rom, I as a newbie on the Android scene don't know what ROM I had flashed previously to that and I was flashing some kind of PC36IMG file which was preventing me from getting the new theme. Huge thanks to mpitcher225 for the new sweet theme!
