3. Reboot to recovery and select "install zip from sdcard" (like you're flashing a rom)
4. Select the Novaxxxx.zip file and let it do its thing

Also, Titanium Backup has a nice "convert to system app" feature. You can install the Nova apk as a regular app, and then use that option.. if you want.

I have that, when you turned Auto brightness off, and select the lowest brightness option, the hardware buttons lights up, if when putting the phone asleep, and back on.....

3D working fine. Only 2D has issues that needs to be resolved.

if you're coming from anything other than one of my cm9's then yes

it would be the best to wipe it clean before flashing anything. So u will be clear that anything that is coming is from current built, whether it is good or bad
