HOW limited exactly should I expect the memory to be?
like ~50MB without anything in backgroud(only google processes).i experienced that too.but you should try opera mini next.it's a life saver

Default Nightly, 05.06.2012. - ICS

Nightly build, June 05. 2012.
This one has theme engine included.

All credits go to kabaldan for his marvelous work.

Some changes:
Code:
Enable bandwidth control
Settings (sound): Safe volume restore when plugging in a headset (When enabled, volumes that were above a threshold (~55%) the previous time something was connected to the audio jack will be restored to that threshold rather than their full level. Affects all sound streams apart from voice call audio)
DSPManager parameter tuning: Increase Haas effect slightly for "stage", extra wide feeling; disable reverb properly for "studio".
Updated APN list
Keyboard: Add Dutch predictive dictionary support, Add Finnish predictive dictionary support - spellchecker, Fix Czech QWERTY keyboard (missing no. 6)
Add Finnish predictive dictionary support - dictionary
Updated languages: Japanese, German, Spanish, Dutch, PT-BR, Finish...
Option to hide keyboard switcher
Enable switching keyboard layout on the fly (no need to reboot)
Disable AM/PM style selection menu while 24-hour clock is selected
Enable Lockscreen calendar events
Added User Guide to DSPManager
dalvik-caches are wiped during install
disable adhoc
Other fixes, updates and tweaks
...

just flashed it and have a quick try
it is smooth and fast

but found some issue, which I've experienced at the previous build already
-home button doesn't work(even restart the phone)
-search button doesn't work(even restart the phone)
-lock screen doesn't shown(I have enable in the setting)

is there any one have the same issue?
or only me
why I don't see anyone discuss about the issue above at the previous build

wipe data and cache then reapply the mod,do not wipe again, just restart and it should work

you dont need to apply root.. all custom roms here are already rooted. that option is available for stock roms
