I've had the same problem (error 921 or something). Did not resolve it though so I can't help you. Latest update seems to be free of the problem.

Dear Kabaldan, I've installed this on my Motorola XT701 and it's working good, except for the wi-fi. I noticed that when I use a ROM that has root acces the wi-fi is working very weak. Now I have stock 2.1 update 1 (china or korea ROM) and the wi-fi is working better. What can I do to modify the power of wi-fi when I'm rooted. That rooting is doing something to my phone. Can I install your ROM and then unroot the phone???

it's quite complicated matter
currently, there's no omap3 locked kernel device with working TI dsp accelerated video decoding under ics
though I'm optimistic, this issue is still waiting for the proper hack

I'm still evaluating what the proper approach under ics would be.
Not implemented yet.

You've installed this on the wrong phone then. I'm amazed it boots at all.

As in when your in youtube, and you press HQ and then the video stutters, will this update fix it?

This will not work on your phone. This is only for international ver of milestone. Like the other member said, I'm surprised it even booted.
