Both are ONE FILE firmwares but currently no odin available to flash one file ROM to S5360.

I think it's uncorrect, I'm affraid, the first post is a lie!

it's not a lie. the dev doesn't have the phone so he doesn't know if it works. atleast he made an effort posting this thread. nwei he will just update this thread if he found a working stock rom. nwei here's an asian firmware build(stock rom) just flash this using odin. it works. it is not a 1 package file

I've been able to flash my galaxy y using odin. I'm working on something like heimdall for several phones. I'll update this post with my progress.

18 Jan 2012: Currently heimdall does NOT work for the galaxy y. link. Right now I'm decoding a weird URB with function code 0x2a and trying to get the device to respond to handshaking.

19 Jan 2012: I've been able to identify what the 0x2a URB was - a windows bug. I should now be able to handshake with the device.

CWM backups may help? whats the difference between flashing with Odin?
