[Q]Where To Buy?

Hello guys, wanted to ask where can i buy an Unlocked version without a contract? AT&T didnt sell without a contract, spring havent replayed me yet and all the amazon/bestbuy show that they sell for over 700$. Is that my only option? tryed in clist but also none of 5 responded and its all open boxes.
