Servers must be getting hammered, very slow downloads but I'm sure it will be worth it.

ICS on the Touchpad is soo smooth, it's ridiculous. It didn't come with gapps, so I am attempting to find a proper working version. Also MTP isn't working for me, I'm getting a code 10(cannot start device) in windows 7 x64, and with no included file manager there is not an easy way to sideload. So be aware, but I am loving it!

Looks pretty rough around the edges. Ill probably hold off till some of the major issues are resolved. This is awesome news though and thanks so much to the Cyanogenmod team for developing this for us.

Yeah I'm also looking for the correct gapps.
