Also worth mentioning is that my WiFi works flawlessly. I think some of these things are just making it out of QC broken. I'm not buying the "aluminum case attenuation" excuse for mine when it gets NO signal at all. Weak signal? Ok, that's fair.

Can you confirm your GPS version? Is 6.9.24 a new release? We are all on 6.9.13.
