How do you fix "main version is older....fail press power to boot." Thanks in advance

I got 4 bugs. 1st is it forced shutdown on me twice. 2nd when I user the camera it gave me blue screen of death after 4-5 snaps with flash on. 3rd issue well maybe not ur problem but opera mobile gets staticy like a bad cable connected tv. Only slightly. Also my other issue is how do i change the settings so I can install 3rd party apps from sdcard. The pop up tells me to change the setting and takes me to the menu. But then I don't see anything about checking marking install from sd card. Please help with letting me know if its a known issue or whatever. Thanks!!!

Only issue Im having

Battery life degrades quickly. I swap in my extended battery to see if make a difference.

The only think I can't get to work is Wifi tether.

I have the extended. And it works great. Definitely a must have.

On another note. Before I upgraded to ics wallpaper apps work fine note they sometime don't apply the select wallpaper.

It works, set version to galaxy nexus and click on routing fix. Can't set any encryption though.
