First setcpu does work on our device, you can set max 1 ghz.

Far as I know if you put 1 ghz you're not OVERCLOCKing, you're simply making ur device work as hard all the time. My question was if this ROM allows us to do oc (1,2 ghz, 1,3ghz...). But it can't, i guess...

But let me be clear, I was just 'wondering' if we could do. This ROM so far is perfect for what takes. Once again, thank you and congrats Huexxx for this excellent work!!!

AFAIK, to overclock it a dev has to mod the kernel. LG has not released the source code of p970's Gingerbread yet, so he/she can't mod the kernel.

Using another cpu governor might be useful but overclocking isn't that useful on a phone that already has a 1GHz cpu. Sure, you can theoretically boost performance a bit but real life performance won't be that much better and your battery will drain faster. IMHO the OB is perfectly usable at default 1GHz.

Don't expect changes in performance because the changes are merely aesthetic, see changelog.

Anyway, to change from one version to another is so easy, so I encourage you to try it.

What do u wanna encourage us to? Make our own ROMs, or helping you with theming and tweaking?

Just downloaded and updated with new touch recovery. No trouble, easy and quick, the new icons are great
