Added new add on package. 30 step volume increase in media apps and smoother scrolling with long menus.

Please check first post for details. Also make sure you get the right version. There is one for Crespo and Crespo4G.

Enjoy!
the thing I like most about the on screen buttons is the speed at which running apps are displayed. Its much faster than pressing and holding the home button

Definitely make the on screen buttons an add on pack. I would have to leave this ROM if it was a permanent part of the ROM.

What exactly does the 30 step volume increase do? Also saw dsp manager and was wondering what that does as well...

OP, you might want to PM a mod and ask them to clean the posts from when the thread went bad. As far as your work, I definitely want to try this rom. The build of Ice Cream Infusion I made for the GSM NS was the second most downloaded version I had which tells me it's a pretty strong rom.
Please do not PM me with themeing question. Ask in one of the many "how to" threads.

Flashed the 30 step vol control and it has a weird interaction with voodoo sound. Causes a very high sound output, had to back way down on the voodoo control. I thought it would have just given a finer adjustment but it appears that it adds on another 15 volume clicks higher sound output. Went back to stock for now.

The way the current volume works in media apps is that there are 15 steps from silent to off. What this does is add an additional 15 steps to the volume control in media apps. So the sound level does bounce too much. Ever play music or watch a YouTube video and sometimes it is too loud or too low, this will help find a more suitable volume for your taste.

It also makes scrolling through long menus a lot smoother. Say if you have 100s of contacts in the people app, you will notice a little smoother scrolling. Works better when the menus is very long.

DSP Manager is a cyanogenmod app that acts like an equalizer for all sounds on phone. Info can be found on the CM website HERE. It will kill the current MusicFX that comes with ICS and I have not made a revert patch, yet.

I already did and they have not responded yet or feel like it doesn't need to be cleaned. Maybe they just did not get to my message yet.

I do not use voodoo sound so have not noticed it. I can install it and see if there was a way to stop causing that.

Thanks--I actually got the phone as a digital music player, the sound quality with voodoo is amazing and with your ROM's track change ability through volume rocker it's perfect.

No problem, glad that we can help make your device perfect.

Does voodoo sound increase the decibel level? If so try turning it down some and then see how it behaves.
