Added German Language ROM, thanks to evo_racer for the direct download link
Added script for disabling auto-brightness on bootup, should work.
Version FIX2: definitely fixed error 6 problems!


Initial Release version, built with DarkMIUI MIUI Linux Porting Tool
Attempted to fix auto brightness, might not be able to fix it.
Bluetooth still doesn't work as far as I know, I am experimenting with this and trying to fix.

Fix in some cases Mms are regularly repeated from sender
Fix problem where time will be treated as an ordinary Mms, mms problem
Fix problem when creating draft message, the date of the message sows 1970

From now on, on this thread I will only post DarkMIUI ROMs to avoid confusion with other MIUI ROMs.

Installation:
- Download the ROM and flash it in ClockworkMod Recovery.
- Flash an MIUI kernel and then boot up your phone.

I also present here my Darkforest MIUI porting tool for linux, devices can be added easily and it is a script that ports MIUI to your device. If you have an R800i, I have already added the appropriate files

Hey Keiran.

Firstoff thanks for the Upload and stuff.

You might want to add other languages though, or encourage people to link you to their localized version of MIUI to port and upload for the forums.

For those who don't know what i'm talking about : I'm on a German DHD ported MIUI right now. (yes i'm switching VERY frequently.. -.-) simply by downloading MIUI-Germany.de's ROM and using BlendMIUI Porting tool.

Works with other localized versions aswell.

Just flashed this here and it boots etc.

WIFI says "error" when i try to turn it on. Tried flashing the wifi.zip twice but still get it.

any ideas?

Need to change ramdisk, I forgot to replace the fxp wifi module with mine in the ram disk too.
I will upload a fixed kernel tomorrow

Fixed WiFi, just flash new DarkforestKernel v1B, it has working WiFi.
