I just wanted to thank the devs for their time and hard work,i hope i'm not outta place for saying this,but oh well,i think it needs to be said.

I want to personally thank all the devs that put their time,dedication and hard work to use for the XDA community,just like the rest of us,devs have jobs and families besides doing this for us for free,you know most of their ole ladies bitch and raise hell with them,when all they are trying to do is give to the community,so this is just one of the headaches they go through,so come on guys and try to give more appreciation towards the devs,don't be afraid to say thanks and give these guys some props that they well deserve.Trust me,i'm sure theres a few of us that have tried to develope a rom and failed miserably because its probably the most time staking,tedious job you can do and takes alot of concentration and devotion.I think it takes a great person to do all that for us.Again thanks guys for your hard work to keep us going.

Here Here, I full on agree Diablo the devs are the life blood of this community and Saviors from the mundane stock we are told to live with.

I can only imagine how time consuming it must be. I seem to be busy constantly on xda just KEEPING UP on what the devs have put together.

Obviously, massive thanks to all who've thrown their hands in to keep the Evo fun and relevant.

Definitely agree with this thread! I'm just starting out trying to learn to dev, and mine eyes have been opened. My level of appreciation has grown exponentially the more I learn. Hat's off to all our great devs here in the EVO forum, and all xda. Thanks to the OP as well for recognizing what these guys do. It's tiring seeing the posts and threads of whiners and trolls that have no appreciation.

It is most definitely hard work I have been working on my rom since about 2 weeks before Christmas and still haven't gotten it ready for a release yet, I think I have put an average of 20+ hours a week into it and it still continues to grow, I'm no noob to coding either and it is still a challenge even with my extensive background with Linux and yes my wife bitches that if my phone had a vagina I'd divorce her and marry it almost every day as a matter of fact she's nagging as I type this :)
