[Q] (emergency times) hangs on the word android milestone

one was like I do not, the machine hangs on his words not in the inner android.
- Their software is very much RTDlite flash ROM which is still the same (not save)
- I want to recovery mode to wipe them all, but his machine at buy now not in recovery mode using the key combination X + power is, it does not appear to be a triangular yellow though he had done so strictly follow the instructions (using the camera + power button is not).
pac any other way to wipe all can go and help her fix with, you sit all day without finding a fix. Thanks a lot.
