JAF Rom should be great for battery life perf. (it was reported, see discussion thread below) :

Try to reboot into xrecovery, wipe cache, dalvik and fix permissions, reboot.
And then callibrate your battery.

No I don't thinl that's possible on any rom since its not a sytem notification
Maybe you could look into a way to use widgetlocker or missed it!
Edit: if you buy widgetlocker and missed it you can get whatsapp notifications in the lockscreen!!!

i thought about buying WidgetLocker, but people with phones with 1g of ram are complaining about memory usage it might kill out x10s

After trying some other ICS roms i'm back at FeraLab ICS. For me, without a doubt the best ICS rom for x10!

I really like the idea behind AOKP, and tried it. It;s ok. But because of missing camera I recently went with Fera's NG. And it's super! Reminds me of TripNRaver-times.
So Fera seems to be a good ICS also.

Now that Z has made a breaktrough in camera, I've gotta try Fera's ICS! I wiil be instaling the cam fix also. Will try it today. Can't wait!!!

Just installed it. I think it needs to settle a bit, because it's not really fluid like AOKP was. Except for data it's flawless. I can't enable data by tweaking inside *#*#4636#*#*.
I also installed cam fix, but camera app is missing. Haven't got time right now to add it manually

I couldn't get data to work. I tried several methods.
Also, the Camera app didn't show up.

So, in the mean time i decided to give AOKP a chance and I just installed it, with camera-fix.
I guess this fix will work for any ICS ROM. I think I'll stick with this one for a while.
I will be looking for updates on Fera ICS, however!

Any tweaks to play high graphic games smoothly...I understand X10 is not build to run latest games. But I tried GTA 3 with lowest graphic options available inside the game plus I tried killing all unwanted apps on NG rom and using Chainfire 3d to optimize the graphics for best performance. Still the game is too laggy and unplayable....

wow. mate.. easy.. just try reflash your kernal.. with flashing tool once again
and.. plz follow the steps. properly and dont forget to mount. your system,data,and cache

it will be fine..

edit. if you are on a lock boolloader then just.. try. to.. reflash. the rom .which is avalable. for LOCK bootloaders
