The ROM has Advanced Aroma Installer choose your device carefully otherwise it may cause adverse effects on your device.For more info on NeroDroid ROM Universal edition see Change Log.
Important :
Device will reboot at least 2 times when booted for the first time.This is to settle A2SD so do not get panic or confused .I won't reply to these comments or PM at all,this will mean you haven't read info .
Turn off A2SD if you don't want to use it.If you find apps are missing after reboot then use Link2SD to add mount script at boot.

NeroDroid ROM is compatible with all kernels now,make sure to use respective wifi modules to resolve wifi error after flashing custom kernel.

Download "NeroDroid_ROM_Universal_v4.zip" (Download Link is in the bottom of this post) and have copy it to SD CARD and make sure battery is atleast 50% charged.
NOTE: To navigate in clockwork mode use volume buttons to move up and down and home button to select.And back button to come back to previous menu.
Reboot your device in clockwork mode (For this keep pressing volume button down several times as soon as you reboot).
(Optional) In clokcwork mode make backup of your current ROM to restore if anything goes wrong.
For that go in "backup and restore->backup" and wait till backup is complete and come back to main menu.
Now perform full format of old ROM by clicking "Wipe Data/Factory reset" and "Wipe cache partition".
Click install zip from sd card --> choose zip from sd card and navigate to "NeroDroid_ROM_Universal_v4.zip" and slect to install it.
Follow the Aroma Installer and install the ROM as per your need, reboot and Enjoy NeroDroid ROM !!

After that you can proceed with installation of new rom check it and if you don't like it then reboot in clockwork mode,make full wipe then go in backup and restore->restore and select apropriate backup

If you are on NeroDroid Kernel and got WiFi error then use WiFi_Fix_For_KrSH via CWM.I Hope you will get your problem solved

Yes i have similar theme in my ROM that you mentioned above,just the thing changed is power widgets thats special in my ROM cause you can adjust them in real time.
You can get ICS lock screen using Go Locker if you want.My launcher is better,you can test and get result by urself
