[Q] Friend asked me to fix her U20i

---

I come from the play forums,and I never had experience with the U20i.

So the phone was bricked by updating it via PC companion. Now it shows the phone and exclamation mark whenever you try to boot it (bootloader issue).
Normally I download flashtool drivers and try flashing,but this message appears:

The device is constantly loosing connection,red blinking light swiching to green and vice versa,I think there is something wrong with the usb plug as whenever I move the phone just a little bit it looses connection.
can anyone help me with this?

Be sure that battery is charged and then complete this step by step repair using pc companion. Tutorial by Emperor.dk so hit thanks on his post.

Ok,I'll try

Everything goes ok,til the download screen where it says check your connection on about 4% every time,I think this doesnt have anything to do with the phone itself

have you install the x10mini driver and gordon gate ?

X10i_2.0.2.A.0.24_Generic.ftf ???? this file not for the x10 mini pro / U20i
