When i set governor to on demand, after restart it goes back to performance.

if you use setcpu you must to assign ,,Set on boot,,
otherwise not function, to probe clear ,,data or cache or dalvik-cache,,

Just work on the gaming performance. Don't spend too much time on themes unless people want multiple themes. A poll would be very appropriate to ask
