The Custom ROM must have based on XXnnn stock ROM to have german lang support. IMHO no other way.
AFAIK only Terma ROM and EmeralD are XX based Custom ROMs till now.

Does this "no pit and no bootloader" method work without a problem if I was with a custom ROM?
